Susanne thourghly met my expectations. She is a good listener and seems to have an intuition about her. We have now purchased our second property with Joe Coombs as our realtor. With both purchases, we were working within extremely narrow time frames. Joe went out of his way to accomodate us and found us the perfect properties. He was able to very quickly hone in on exactly what we wanted, which was amazing as we were quite particular on what we were looking for. I met Elyn at a condo open house. I had been looking for something to downsize into. This would mean selling my house. Elyn was the agent working the condo open house, so I discussed my situation with her. She visited my home the next day, giving me a ballpark figure of what my house could sell for. I decided to put an offer on the condo and put my house up for sale. Elyn educated me on what to do to get my house staged and ready for market. She checkied in with me daily to see if I needed anything. Viewing requests came in right away. Elyn got the word out quiclkly and promoted my house immediately. Viewing happened daily, with showing feedback within a few hours. She set up 2 open houses was positive about the people who walked through. I feel Elyn is an aggressive and very professional realtor. She gets the job done.

Elyn communicated extreemly well with me thorugh phone calls, texts, emails. She explained everything from price stratagy, counter offers, to closing the deal. I dropped the price of my home a little bit, and it sold quickly with no other negotiation needed.

I trust Elyn to get the job done. She dots evey i and crosses every t. She always checked in with me seeing if I was on track with any repairs that needed to be done, giving me names of professionals in the community that could get the job done in the needed time line.
