Bart Manion stood by me the whole way through not being able to get the first condo I was interested in till getting me into the house that I now own. He never gave up hope finding me the perfect place. He was always there when I needed answers to my questions and stood by my side the whole way through the buying process. I could not have gotten my new home as smoothly as it went without Bart by my side especially since i was traveling quite a bit during this time. He was always professional and knowledgable and what he wasn't sure of he found the answer and responded back to be quickly. Mason was very knowledgeable about the process of looking for home, identifying positive/negative aspects of properties I was interested in, providing information for personable and helpful mortgage company, generating buy/sell agreements, scheduling inspection, etc. Mason understood my wishes and limitations and was very conscientious about meeting those. I purchased this property remotely as investment property for my daughter and family to occupy.
